The Kriya Yoga of Jesus - Secret Teachings of Jesus Christ
Jesus Teachings of Kriya Yoga
A technique known by Jesus and taught to his close disciples, involved a chakra meditation on light. A version of this technique now revived and called Kriya Yoga was also known by St Paul and formed some of the early mystic esoteric teachings of Christianity. Even some Christian monasteries still practice Kriya Yoga. That is why diksha - initiation to Kriya Yoga is also called Jesus's secret teachings. The same original yoga taught by Lahiri Mayasaya and given by the Mahavatar Babaji.
Kriya Yoga, Jesus teachings of love is a technique of applying God's love into all aspects of your entire being, to transform you by the power of divine love. To help you realise that God is Love. To enable you to become like Jesus. To enable you to love like God. Something to ask god is, "Help me to Love like Jesus!". It is possible for everybody to Love like Jesus - to make others feel that holy tender love you may experience from Jesus, like sun-rays from God.
Kriya means action: to do- an action with awareness. Yoga in its highest sense means God-union or Oneness with God - the yoking together of mind, body, spirit with God. Kriya Yoga is a scientific method to be ONE with God - to achieve oneness with God, because it can be done anybody if they follow the specific procedure and guidlines of practice.
Kriya Pranayama is an integral part of Kriya Yoga. Prana is the life force energy or breath, and yama often means discipline, control or regulation. Kriya Pranayama is the act of control and rotation of breath with awareness through the spinal chakra system. Tremendous kundelini shakti vibrations - divine lifeforce from God flowing through your chakras is awakened by the action. Paramahansa Yogananda in his Autobiograhy of a Yogi describes how the body of an average man is like a 50 watt lamp, which cannot accommodate the billion watts of power roused by the excessive practice of Kriya Yoga. If you are a beginner to spirituality the body usually has to adjust slowly to the high shakti vibrations of the practice.
He also talks about how half a minute of one Kriya cycle is equivalent to one full year of natural normal human spiritual evolution. 8 1/2 hours of Kriya practice is therefore equivalent to 1000 years of natural human spiritual evolution. Kriya Yoga scientifically makes breathing unnecessary during the time cosmic consciousness is achieved. It is a good idea to read Yogananda's chapter on the Science of Kriya Yoga as well as the entire book in preparation for Kriya Yoga practice. Throughout spiritual history whoever has control of the breath has huge success. A lot of power is hidden in the breath- through the breath in and the breath out. You can decharge all negative karmas through the power of breath.
Kriya yoga has always been a highly secretive set of teachings and techniques. In the past it has been so secretive that it was almost lost altogether - only to be revived and clarified by the Mahavatar Babaji in the last century. Even in recently times initiation to Kriya Yoga can be compared with being initiated into a secret society, signing contracts and taking oaths of secrecy and gaining knowledge and understanding step by step on an organisational level. Although this may have been necessary in the past to maintain it's integrity and to avoid any distortions of teachings, it is never God will for teachings of love or true knowledge to kept secret or withheld. The whole world is God's organisation of Love. Everybody has a divine right to this knowledge and to be able to return home to God whenever they chose, and most of all, to know how.
In this modern day and age the divine knowledge should be freely accessible to all who are interested and hungry for God and Love. To all who are looking for salvation and wanting to return home to God should be given the tools and knowledge to do so. These true teachings of love and God should be in the public domain. Although impossible in the past, the world is now ready to receive the true and full extent and knowledge of these teachings of Love directly in an easily accessible open source way such as through the Cyberspace Ashram for Kriya Yoga, God and Love.
Importance of the Blessing Ceremony
In this Diksha the blessing ceremony is very important. If you skip the blessing ceremony then it is not real Kriya Yoga you are doing. If your life and practice is not going in a smooth blissful way grounded in God and divine Love... if you did not get the direct blessings of Jesus.... if did not make the necessary preparations to create with necessary space within.... if you did not complete the blessing ceremony... then all the Kriya Yoga you have done up to now may be completely invalid and a waste of time. The blessing ceremony is a direct blessing from Jesus. It is like the planting of a seed in you soul. The seed of love that brings forth bliss, happiness and success.
Originally I even skipped the blessing ceremony myself as I thought I was already blessed. But this was one of the reasons I got huge failure in my practice of Kriya Yoga and became stagnated, as well as going through a lot of illusions, being shaken by the divine soul Guru avadhuta energy - divine soul personality such as Jesus and feeling like running away. I always wanted to do the blessing ceremony, a ceremonial of preparation to accept diksha, but felt that it was too challenging, such as planting flowers in a public place or giving flowers to people I had never met before.
It was now time to clear up my life and start again. I made the vow to do the blessing ceremony before Christmas - to do it no matter what! This would be the first step in dissolving all my karma, all regrets and re-orientate my entire life- starting from scratch and getting the blessings from Jesus on Christmas day. I just completed a big yoga system with Swami Kaleshwar, so would soon have lots of free time for meditation. Christmas was soon approaching, a time for focussing on Love and Jesus. If I did the blessing ceremony on Christmas day then I would be anchored in divine love and bliss. Since I have a website largely promoting Jesus's sacred teachings of love and techniques such as Kriya Yoga, it is necessary that I am conversant and successful myself in Kriya Yoga also.
In a foreign country like India there would be no problem giving flowers to people as they would be very willing to receive them and it would be a normal thing. But the prospect of doing this in my own country did not make me feel very comfortable. I only had a few days left until Christmas and I made the vow to do this whole thing by Christmas. How was I going to fulfil my vow? Many times I was close to giving up and felt depressed, knowing that I would have a terrible Christmas if I failed to do this, and all my words and intentions would be useless. I prayed to God and asked for help.
It was always something I put off because it seemed too challenging to do on my own- as there was no one else ever willing to do it with me. None of my friends were interested in doing this or any charity work with me. Since I created the karma on my own, it was now time to dissolve that karma on my own.
Completing the process
I realised that I had already fulfilled most of the criteria already. I had already given a generous donation to an orphanage in India, and had already given generous amounts of money to saddhus and homeless people outside of temples. I had cooked for my whole family and friends with a complete delicious meal on many occasions. In the past I spent over a year asking God into my heart. I had also just finished reading wonderful spiritual texts such as the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. So all that I had left now was to do was to give flowers to people I had not met before and plant flowers in my garden and in nature. Then I would be eligible to receive Jesus's blessing on Christmas day.
Within only a few days to go until Christmas we had plenty of snow. God was secretly assisting me in my efforts to return home. After wrapping some plastic carrier bags around my feet within my shoes I found myself running miles in the snow to buy many different types of plants and a small spade. I brought these plants back home, and then took half of them with me again out towards the woods. I was led deep into the nature. All the time I felt God secretly watching and assisting me, and possibly finding it all funny. I felt confident and enthusiastic. The guru is omnipresent. I ended up in the deepest nature with amazing snow, passed some beautiful sceneries and some sheep and found a kind of public place in the middle of nowhere with a table and chairs. So I planted the flowers after making sure nobody was around, as it all looked at bit dodgy. It was very challenging as the snow was very deep in some places and I got very muddy and had to wash my hands in snow. However I felt like I had achieved a lot and that I was doing something for God.
I came back and planted the rest of the plants in my garden. People were not very happy as they thought I was going to destroy the garden. They already think I am a crazy character for going outside on the full moon in the middle of the night to meditate, and doing funny processes like burning bits of paper. Now I was doing gardening in 9 inches of snow.
I also felt that my blocks and fears were gone about giving flowers, which was apparently a manifestation of stinginess :) I was ready to give the flowers on Christmas eve without any restrictions whatsoever - I did not feel any blocks any more. They had all been taken away. In my determination I was even willing to harass people into taking the flowers if necessary. What is the worse that could happen? Later I would look back and see the funny side. I also planned to buy flowers for my family and take them out for lunch/dinner and make it a happy Christmas in a loving way.
In the morning of Christmas eve I bought some roses- which were a group of 10. It was a very painful and uncomfortable experience doing the process, as many people said no- such as the first 3 people I asked, "would you like a flower?". One person felt pained because she did not know how to accept something and say yes. Some others made a scowling facing. Some thought it was a terrible devious chat-up line, or that I was some sort of salesman or religious fanatic.
So my next tactic was not to say anything, but just hand them the flowers, smile and let them take the flowers out of a natural reflex reaction. A lot of people then took the flowers and said thanks. Some people, especially the older people understood and happily accepted the flowers, perhaps thinking I was a member of the church. The criteria is that it had to be an equal mix or male and female people young and old. I gave 8 flowers altogether. I saved two for later on, that if I get the chance I can give them to younger people I do not know in a more social setting with my family. Although a negative experience, Thinking about the law of karma, I felt that the action may have helped dissolve some karma. I am sure it would have been a different story if this had been in India or another country, as I don't think anybody would say no- but obviously I wanted to meet the deadline of Christmas day and be confident that this blessing ceremony would be completed once and for all.
I was still in pain. I felt that unless I give away these last 2 flowers then I have failed the process. I managed to give the remaining flowers to some people I had never met before in a social setting who I later went out to dinner with, and spent some time with my family. This was a very clever idea. It was very loving evening and the whole thing was a big success, and the flowers had the desired effect. The whole Christmas eve and Christmas day was a very loving time with my family. It has reminded me to spend more time in a loving close way with others, and something that I can build on for a loving future. My family also loved the flowers I bought for them. It has been a great learning experience and a successful one.
The love is an important factor to build on in life. It is what makes life happy and fulfilling. After giving the flowers to the two others, it created a loving setting, and later my sister asked if she could have them, and then she gave them to others, and then the flowers got given as a gift again to someone else, like a chain reaction. I now plan to make more loving efforts and actions step by step, until dissolving all stinginess and ego etc.
Effects of Blessing Ceremony
The blessing ceremony involved an hours meditation doing God Yoga, focussing on Kutashta - location of spiritual centre of soul in the physical body and asking God to please love you free. Since the blessing ceremony I am now completely changed. I am very blissful with lots of love manifesting in my life. I do not feel unworthy any-more. All my worries and burdens have gone. Within a few days I could safely do a dozen kriyas at a time precisely, and with the breathing. Within a few more days I had multiplied this amount. Having done many shakti channels with Swami Kaleshwar I can accelerate fast with Kriya Yoga. After doing a dozen kriyas it was only my 3rd eye and kutashta which really had to adjust to the increasing high levels of vibration, since Swami Kaleshwar has cleared out and dissolved my chakras. However I still like to do the first level of saying OM into the chakras a few times- as it feels so nourishing and the vibrations are amazing. It is like there is a love flame burning in my Kutashta now (from doing God yoga as part of Kriya Yoga session) and becoming bigger and bigger each day transforming me and filling me with more bliss and love manifesting into my environment and reflecting back at me with loving eyes. I have been doing Kriya Yoga weekend days and Fridays etc and when I have a day off. Soon I will have less of a need for sleep and can replace sleep with meditation/yoga practice. After the blessing ceremony my Kutashta felt different. It was like there was a cold sensation secreting feelings of bliss and transforming me by the power of Love. It is like there is a small peace of Jesus's soul in my Kutashta, which is manifesting increasing levels of love, bliss and light in my life.
It has created some amazing results in my life and aura. After doing many Kriyas the love happens automatically without any conscious effort- reflecting back at me with loving eyes and people loving me more- making my life more happier.
Since having created my own successful blessing ceremony and experienced the benefits of proper preparation of inside, maybe you may also have the additional motivation to do it right yourself rather than half as so many do. True initiation and blessing by God never needs the physical presence of a physical body of Guru. God is almighty and omnipresent and so is a true Guru. A true Guru never needs a body at all. Only mortal and spiritually blind beings need a guru-body to see or touch, but a Guru only needs the holy spirit and God's bliss to act, uplift and help in the name of God. Then you also see why it is obsolete to arrange expensive travels across the planet for Kriya yoga initiation when there are teachings for self study and initiation by the spiritual act of blessing, such as through the Cyberspace Ashram for Kriya Yoga, God and Love. It is possible to learn kriya yoga online
Loving effects of initial practice
Saying the vibration OM into your body and chakras is a form of healing therapy. If you say/chant OM- sometimes spelled, pronounced or vibrated as, AAAUUUMMM you find that it is a healing vibration- a kind of hum like an engine of an air-plane. It is like the sound is coming from everywhere and it fills and vibrates throughout your entire being. Although Kriya Yoga can be done completely silently, I recommend, especially in the beginning stages to say OM so that you can hear it and FEEL it - the divine vibration. Your initial practice will be under God's direct spiritual supervision.
Obviously you need to follow the diksha precisely and read the whole of the Cyberspace Ashram chapters before practice. Upon doing the first techniques such as Maha Mudra and Navi Kriya, and then for instance a few Kriya cycles of OM into your chakras- you learn to hear and feel the vibration of OM, and feel the initial powerful effects of Kriya Yoga. You will learn to feel the location of your chakras by feeling the vibration of OM in your chakras physically.
After practice your body will physically vibrate with the vibration of OM. Your whole being including your physical body will feel invigorated and nourished with this vibration, and you will look forward to your next nourishing session of Kriya Yoga. It is a beautiful OM healing, with even the physical feeling of your cells being nourished by divine love vibrations. Through your awareness and intention you can direct OM into any part of your body or chakras with precision. Saying OM out loud also has the ability to heal your voice, if you have any problems or disturbances with your voice, speaking, singing or expressing yourself orally in any way. It does not have to be a big or a loud OM, it can be quiet and gentle- but as long as you can FEEL the vibration. My family/friends got confused, as they thought they had left the tumble dryer on.
It is a bit like a sound system or sub-woofer making the whole car or house vibrate. But in this case its is making your whole being vibrate with the sound of divinity, God and Love - uplifting your vibration until you become one with God.
Most of our problems are hidden within our attachments, and techniques such as Navi Kriya help dissolve any debris of attachment- making your life and aura more simple and blissful. Your whole auru becomes transformed by the power of divine love.
Once you have adjusted your body to be able to withstand high vibrations, achieved many Kriyas at a time or developed a calm and peaceful nature, you can move on to silent Kriyas with the physical breathing as outlined in the Diksha. This is where the real bliss begins. Since I have practised Kriya Yoga in the past, done a lot of shakti channels and got my chakras cleaned out and dissolved by Swami Kaleshwar, I have been able to easily and safety increase my Kriyas with each session to many dozens of Kriya. It is more of a case of how long I can discipline myself to be in meditation for long periods of time. I do a few Kriyas of saying OM out loud into my chakras and then move onto the physical breathing for many hours. This has an amazing effect of oxygenating your entire body making you feel and look a lot healthier (but obviously this is never the goal of practice, but only a side effect). After 7 hours of Kriya Yoga practice with an extended silent meditation you only have to touch any part of your body to feel the amazing vibrations like the flow of a river. If you listen to that sound, it's like a river gushing to the sound of OM.
Some of the immediate effects of initial Kriya Yoga practice is that without even any additional effort apart from your practice, your life automatically just becomes more happier, blissful, peaceful, successful and loving as a result of the love energy generated from the Kriya Yoga practice. Someone who does 8-10 hours or more of Kriya Yoga practice per session does not have any problems that cannot easily be solved. All negative karmas get dissolved.
People will become more attracted to your love. Your aura will completely change. I remember when I was living in Canterbury I ended up going to a yoga class and there was this girl there with an amazing aura. Not only did she look physically beautiful, she looked so peaceful, quiet and serene- like she was devoid of any ego and was like pure consciousness and existence. The different sections of her body which correspond to her chakras were almost in sections and transparent. I thought, wow you can tell she has been doing yoga. I wondered what type of yoga she had been practicing. There was a Swami lady there teaching Hatha Yoga and that was when I started studying yoga adn read the Autobiography of a Yogi. Later on after my practising Kriya Yoga, I had the dream that I was walking in hall where they yoga classes were, and then through lots of people. As I walked through the crowd I approached the head person who I was being led to in the room, and suddenly that person turned round with a radiant face and smiled with long flowing dark hair. It was Babaji. My being there was all his doing.
People will start to become attracted to your almost effortless love. It is like Jesus is in you doing the work through you. Everyone will start to love you including animals and babies. Some people who you do not normally have any rapport with you will start to love you. You will automatically make peace with your enemies and they will love you. For example recently there was one person who I found it difficult to maintain a conversation with. I always thought that she had a problem. But now and with many others the conversation flows in a loving way and the eyes are reflecting back great love in return for the love that they feel.
Love makes your life more meaningful and happy. Love is the true bliss and food for your soul. Now I am grounded in love and bliss with the intention and efforts to work harder and increase my kriyas as much as it is safely possible, I can only get success in my life and make the most loving decisions. I think the more kriyas I do the more I can love and allow God to take care of my life. I look forward to the amazing results and effects of love in my life and the reflection of love in others - able to fully absorb love from others as well. This will also help Swami Kaleshwar do whatever he wants to do with me- since 8-10 hours of meditation can only be a good thing. There are also many seniour loving successful students of Swami Kaleshwar who also practice Kriya Yoga. You can spot them by their Jesus-like love. Although Kriya Yoga is not a part time job, even just a little Kriya Yoga, such as one session a week can have amazing effects. I currently do it weekends and Fridays or whenever I have a day off- as the time of single session is coming upto 8 hours. After reaching more than 12-18 hours of Kriya Pranayama per session or day then you can prepare for your first Nivikalpa Samadhi.
Also you do not have to sit a lotus posture. You can change your posture from time to time or even find a comfortable chair to do your Kriya Yoga. I usually start with a yoga mat and then move to a more comfortable place such as sitting on the edge of my bed. May this also inspire you to increase the success of your love, spirituality, success and happiness in this life and beyond.
