If you said yes to any of these questions then you may have an anxiety food addiction. Your eating behaviour may be unhealthy and could result in bad health and a restless mind.
A healthy diet to brake the attachment to food
Please try this diet for at least one week until you will see the difference in your life. In just a few days you will develop a peaceful mind and spirit, look years younger and break your unhealthy attachment to food and drink. All that is needed to sustain you and make you happy is Gods love.
If you have a lifestyle where you do not do much exercise or physical activity in your daily life, there is no need to overeat. Food may become a substitute for love, just like coffee and chocolate may be a substitute for sex, or sweet foods a substitute for sweet love. There is no need for numerous cups of coffee and junk food in your life. If you cut out the substitutes then it forces you to get love from real sources. For comfort, get hugs and physical love instead- real warm comforting love instead of warm cups of tea. There is nothing wrong with tea or coffee in moderation, but when it becomes an anxiety addiction something must be done to break that unhealthy attachment. If you know something is bad for you and you do that anyway- then it becomes an addiction or a compulsive act.
It is possible for a person to live on light without any food or drink. I met a saint from Austria who had not eaten for 2 years- her and her husband. God's love and light was their only food. No one believed the husband because he looked very stocky. I asked what technique they used, and it turned out to be intensive prayer- asking God to sustain them with his love.
I do NOT recommend doing THAT for obvious reasons, but this is just an example of how you can be sustained with God's love when eating healthy. Being without desire means all your desires have been fulfilled and satisfied- hence no anxiety, compulsive behaviour or addictions. You just give the body what it needs to be healthy and that is it.
This diet governs what and how you eat you at work- during the day. The rules of this diet are as follows:
- At work during lunch and breaks eat ONLY fruit
- Take a whole bag of different types of sweet delicious fruit with you to work
- Eat only on an empty stomach
- Take your time to eat slowly
- Do not mix drink with food
- Keep food and drink several hours apart, up to 3-4 hours apart if possible
- Do not drink any beverages except water at room temperature
- When you drink water- drink lots of it
In this way the food and drink acts to purify and detoxify the body. In a few days you will see the benefits. Mixing partially digested food with more food or spoiling it with tea or coffee only creates more work and toxins for your body and results in bad health and disease. Eating too much food is the same. This diet has the power to eliminate illness related to incorrect ways of eating.
Scientist discovered that when rats consume as much food as they want, they ended up dying before rats that were given less food. So it is actually healthy to eat less food. However the food you eat should be nutritiously dense. So the rule is to eat better, and then eat less of it. You do not need to fill your whole stomach with food. Your stomach only only needs to be quarter to half way full.
Eat what you like for breakfast, but preferably something light and healthy. Maybe oats or something. Do the fruit diet through out the day at work. and then eat your normal dinner in the evening. You can have a decaffeinated cup of tea in the evening. Maybe on Friday you can treat yourself to a coffee or baguette during the day following the correct ways of eating, but if you can go the whole week on this diet that would be best. This will help break the unhealthy attachment to food and teach you about the mechanism of healthy eating. Do this diet for at least one week and test it. The first day or two may seem difficult, but after that you will experience huge health, peace of mind, bliss and beautiful sleep. You may even require less sleep than usual.
When someone gives up an addiction it makes them face the reality in their lives- whatever they have been avoiding or whatever their addiction has been masking and covering up. It may now be time to change jobs, get a new partner or make some loving changes to your life.
It would be great if you could keep a satvic diet and way of eating forever, but there is nothing wrong with the odd coffee or chocolate cake occasionally, as long as it does not become an addiction again. But the ways of eating in this diet should always be applied for optimum health and peace of mind.
