Prevent Baldness and Hair loss Caused by Anxiety and Stress

How to prevent and cure hair thinning and baldness caused by anxiety, stress and worry

Apart from the genetic causes of baldness there are several factors that accelerate the hair and scalp maturing process, one of these being anxiety caused by worry, stress and unnecessary tension.

Baldness can be caused by fear and tension- trying to control everything, and not trusting in the process of life. Apart from feeling safe, approving of yourself and trusting life, there are several other things you can do to prevent damage, which will be explored in this article.

94% of men will experience thinning and receding of the hairline between the ages of 21-45. By the time you are 50 you may be on your way to baldness. This normally begins with receding at the temples. You may think that you have great healthy hair but before you know it you could be on your way to baldness. Men are normally prone to baldness because of their crazy hormones. But if you look carefully, you will also find that women are also prone to balding. This is especially true of women in the office or corporate environment where they are subject to high amounts of stress and anxiety.

Because of the stress and tension the hair can not grow and breath properly so it falls out, and the tension makes it very difficult for new hair to grow. Apart from the anxiety and tension other factors can also contribute to make the scalp completely dry up, making it impossible for your hair to grow and be healthy.

Having spiky hair creates even more strain and tension. Then if you are rubbing styling chemicals into your scalp on a regular basis your scalp could completely dry out. This drying out can also be caused by bleaching or partial bleaching of your hair. The result is an accelerated maturing process of your hair and scalp.

This is what started happening to me, my scalp completely dried out and I was loosing some hair and some thinning started, such as some receding at the temples. But I then made radical changes and found some cures and healing techniques that I will talk about in this article. I was lucky because I acted quickly before there was any serious damage.

Technique for testing for and curing tension of the scalp

First of all, before I go into the techniques and treatments I strongly advise you to stop using any gunk or messy substances on your hair and scalp, and no spiky hair or hair that goes up!

Step 1 is a simple exercise to completely eliminate and cure tension of the scalp. It is also a way to test for tension to see if you are at risk. If you put your finger tips in a line just under or across your hairline or temples pressing with your fingertips. Now that you have got a good grip on your scalp start moving it up and down, so that the skin of your head and scalp is moving up and down. Do this really fast for about 30 seconds quite vigorously.

If there is as massive relief of tension and you feel a pleasant heat and burning sensation that lasts more than a few minutes- then you know that some healing is taking place and that you were very much at risk of going bald. You may not realize how much tension and stress is actually stored up in your scalp until you have done this technique. You can start this technique with your forehead, then move up to your hair line and then do your entire scalp.

You can do this technique for the areas of your head that need it the most, such as the places that are at risk or have started to thin slightly. Instead of going up and down you can also go left and right and make circle movements with your fingertips to give your head a good massage and relieve all of the tension that is stored up there. I suggest do this technique everyday to begin with, and then you can make it part of your hatha yoga routine. If you have long hair you can also grab the hair strongly and move the scalp up and down by grabbing the hair and moving it up and down. You can do this so it just begins to hurt slightly. This is good for women with long hair who just want to prevent any problems and relieve stress in the scalp.

Step 2 I used be preoccupied with the body. Although it is good to keep your vehicle in good condition, we are not our bodies. Our body is only temporary. I used to use products such as Kayakalpa to maintain youth and health. Such treatment provides a lot of nutrition to the scalp. But then I realised the true secret of immortality: to be immortal you have to die, hence immortality is beyond physical death and thus no secret. God-realized souls enjoy immortality. Therefore there is more to life than worrying about going bald!

My grandmother on the Irish side of my family is around 84. She is very healthy and is still active and even cycles to work everyday on her bicycle. She has completely healthy hair and there is not even any signs of greying. Her secret is that she never washes her hair and sometimes she applies olive oil to it. But I am not suggesting that. Washing your hair in urine is probably the best treatment for the scalp as it is a pure substance that contains lots of minerals, salts and nutrition. Urea based skin products are also prescribed by doctors to treat skin problems.

If you look around there are a lot of people out there who are bald and they do not care, so why should you? A lot of woman actually find bald men attractive and sexy.
